The "Golden Cut" is one of our signature wines. It is based on fully ripened Chardonnay berries that are picked from the stalks by hand. The fermentation process is initiated with wild yeasts from the vineyard, the fermentation itself takes place in an original French Nomblot concrete wine tank.

The special nature of these tanks enables permanent air circulation in all directions. The result is a wine with exceptional personality and characteristics. The fragrance of the Golden Cut captivates with a mix of aromas of caramel and vanilla, complemented by the bouquet of ripe, exotic fruits. On the palate, there is a creamy, brilliant fullness, which is characterized by a playful minerality. A wine we are particularly proud of.
